fished ATAL 2011/2012/2015 each stay was great - great fly fishing for rainbows and salmon - lots of bears - pristine wilderness - good food - great guides - good accommodations - will return Incredible trout and char fishing with wonderful staff. My three trips to ATA were not enough, and I'll certainly have to find my way back. The location at mid-river is outstanding and unique, since most outfits in the area have to fly clients in to fish... you can catch monster trout and nice grayling right in front of the lodge before the day begins or after dinner if you haven't had enough. The guides get you into fish consistently - they really know the river.
